Covid-19 Procedures
In order to reopen as safely as possible our program has had to establish new policies and procedures. These policies are effective beginning on 05/04/2020 and will be in place until our states’ Safer at Home orders are lifted. Please read each item below, sign, and return to Kinder Club Academy on your first day at re-attendance.
Cleaning Processes and new routines
We have already implemented new routines and procedures to keep the school disinfected. We bought new equipment for daily disinfection to assure that children and staff are always safe.
New pick up / Drop off area

For the safety of our children, staff and parents we are going to implement a new drop off / pick up procedures.

Para la seguridad de nuestros hijos, el personal y los padres, estaremos implementando un nuevo procedimiento de llegada y partida de los niños.

- Please drive through the back side of the building following the instructions on the map shown above.
- After arrive call us for dropping off or picking up so your child will be ready, to reduce contact with other families and staff members.
- Staff will sign your child in/out for you.
- The stop sign will be placed passing on the second back door of the playground. Wait inside the car for KCA staff to pick up or drop off your child from the car.
- Please, do not bring unnecessary items into the program, this include the storing of car seats and strollers, get your child's belongings ready in one bag or backpack to make arrival and departure easier.
- We appreciate your patience and effort following this new procedures.

- Conduzca hacia la parte trasera del edificio siguiendo las instrucciones mostradas en el mapa adjunto.
- Una vez que llega al lugar denos una llamada telefónica para tener a su niño esté preparado, esto reducirá contacto con otras familias y personal educativo.
- La señal de alto se colocará pasando la segunda puerta trasera del edificio. Espere dentro del auto para que personal de KCA recoja o deje a su hijo del auto.
- Por favor, no traiga material no necesario al programa, esto incluye asientos de niños para el auto y carritos de bebés, tenga preparados las pertenencias de su niño en una sola mochila o bolsa, para hacer más sencillo el procedimiento.
- Agradecemos su paciencia y esfuerzo colaborando en estos nuevos procedimientos.
